Our favorite way to use a deck is one card a week. I did this with my parents for a year, one question a week on a call, and it felt like we made more progress in getting closer than potentially decades on our own. A dinner out for two can cost $60 to $90, once. A deck used weekly for a year is only $0.75 a week.

5. Made with love and care by a small family business

We have no outside investors, so we spend extra on what we care about: recyclable and reusable packaging, 1,200 GSM boxes, matte-laminated cards, Pantone colors, and organic pigments. My mom and dad pack every order by hand, and we regularly donate decks to nonprofits and community organizations.

One deck is $39. Any four are $78 ($156 separately), or $19.50 each, so you can have these conversations with everyone in your life.

38 questions and 8 activities carry an 8+ mark, and a grown-up can read for anyone who is not reading yet.

Translate the card out loud before anyone answers. An adult can read for a child, and anyone at the table can take either role.

Yes. Every deck marked for kids is tested at a CPSC-accepted third-party lab to the US toy standard (ASTM F963) and the federal lead limits, and we hold the Children's Product Certificate. Ask us and we'll send it. Every other deck comes off the same line, with the same card stock, inks and box. [confirm the lab name]
