This is exactly what I wanted. We already started the cards and got my son thinking outside the box a little bit. He was so excited to get to the next question and talk about it and then ask my husband and I about it as well! What a great way to spend a weekday night after dinner.

I played this game with about 11 of my friends (5 girls and 6 guys) - with 4 couples in the group! We began playing as a group of 4 girls and were immediately learning things we had never known in our 7 years of friendship. Then everyone else joined in on the game and we ended our night feeling more like family than friends. Since that night we’ve brought this game to several of our other hangouts and it really has been a wonderful opportunity to learn about and love each other more deeply. I wouldn’t have ever known as much about my friends as I do now until Friends Are Human helped me find the words to ask. Definitely 5/5 stars. Can’t wait to play all the other ones!

I love these cards. My kids aren't even 7 yet. I have a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old and they both beg for "question time!" We've already gone through the questions and I had to shuffle them! Perfect for our commute time!

Fun and makes my family slow down and appreciate life

My husband and I love each other deeply but our connection changed after our daughter was born. I bought the partners are human deck and just pulled it out on a weekday night when we were already in bed after everyone else was asleep. We have to whisper to answer the questions, which were so engaging. This isn’t a feel-good activity. It creates room for vulnerability and connection and presence. It was all we needed after 3 and a half years almost entirely focused on surviving (kids, careers, adult life). We both loved it and made it a ritual to answer at least a couple questions every other night before we go to bed.

I used this card game with my best friends of a decade and it got us to learn even more about each other!

We played the game with our 5 & 7 year old and it brought us such insight into them. A common theme with all their answers was how much they loved their family, which was heartwarming to hear. I am so glad I decided to buy this! We decided we will have a family sit down dinner every Sunday and use the cards together.
